Established in Barcelona in 1994, MEL Composites has extensive experience in naval architecture, composite materials engineering, and the development of advanced structural solutions based on high-performance materials.

Under the direction of Eduardo Galofré, former General Director of the Spanish office of yacht designer Germán Frers, the company has consolidated a specialized technical platform for nearly three decades in the selection, specification, and supply of composite materials, as well as in the engineering support associated with their application in complex structures.

MEL Composites works closely with design and engineering teams to optimize the structural behavior of composite materials, considering parameters such as mechanical strength, stiffness, durability, fatigue, and weight optimization based on the requirements of each project.

The company maintains long-term technical relationships with clients and industrial collaborators, based on knowledge transfer, application engineering support, and reliability in demanding environments.
